10" Pie Dish

Ceramic pie dish, perfect for homemade pie, casseroles or quiche crusts. Helps with even baking, and makes for a beautiful presentation.

• They can handle extreme temperatures, but like glass, do not respond well to sudden temperature changes. Always introduce to hot or cool temperatures gradually (avoid putting a dish that was in the refrigerator straight in to the oven or rinsing a hot dish in cold water).

**Cold or room temperature food in the dish is fine as long as the dish is at least room temperature when placed in the oven.
